Executive Realty Transfer, Inc. was founded in 1998 by Beth Krouse, its current President.  Beth is a seasoned title insurance professional.  After graduating from Tufts University and Georgetown University Law Center, she practiced transactional law at a large Philadelphia based law firm.  Beth then spent two years at a large Philadelphia based title agency before serving as Claims Counsel for First American Title Insurance Company.
